If this difference is >0, it means that the internal pore values are larger than the external ones; conversely, when it is <0, the externally obtained values are higher. Only 12 % of the measurements (inside red box) are comparable (i.e., their difference is “small”, <0.065 μm). The values are randomly distributed and no trend appears
