(2008)) and correlated with the lithofacies associations (LFA) recorded at Müntschemier and Finsterhennen. The first and second advance possibly reached the study area. The LGM advance was more extensive and covered this area with several hundred metres of ice (Bini et al., 2009). The Marine Isotope Stage boundaries are taken from Martinson et al. (1987) and Shackleton et al. (2002)
